This letter has been drafted to make you aware of the reception of the credit details of the expenditure which had been done during the period of 14 November 2010 to 31 January 2011 on my credit card. There have been certain mistakes in the detailing of the credit information and these mistakes have been highlighted on the documents enclosed along with this letter.
The highlighted purchases have never actually happened. Out of the 4 highlighted occasions of mistakes, 3 instances have been repeated ones while 1 has never really happened. Rest of the details of credit check is authorized by me and the payment of the same has been enclosed in the cheque. The amount is a sum of the rest of the credit details. Please make sure that these unwanted details get the treatment which is necessary. I am hopeful that this credit check authorization letter serves my purpose.
